Lady Styling & Cardio

The Lady Styling course is taught by Séverine Asnar and is accessible to all people with a level 2 or 3 in ballroom dancing. This course consists of 2 phases: exercises and choreography.

The cardio jive/samba class is for everyone: beginners to advanced. It consists of simple and repetitive choreographies danced to music to have fun while working out, like Zumba.

When are the dance classes?

Lady Styling

Séverine: Wednesday from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m.

Dance styles: 2/3 Latin and 1/3 standard.

1st phase: The exercises

The course first offers different exercises for breaking down movements of the hips, arms, body, and leg work. First without music, then with music, these exercises link and overlap and develop flexibility, muscle strengthening, dissociation, and coordination.

2nd phase: The choreography

The last 20 minutes allow you to learn the choreography which is based on the movements and exercises learned beforehand.

The goals:
Learning the technical and stylistic specificities of the dancer with a development of the students' bodily capacities as well as their femininity.

Jive & Samba Cardio

Ghadi: Wednesday from 7 p.m. to 8 p.m.

This class offers to make you work out while having fun! Jive is a fast dance, inherited from boogie-woogie that you will dance alone. But that's not all! Like Zumba, we will take advantage of its rhythmic and swinging character to make it a fun cardio-training. New this year: you will also work out in samba, a festive Brazilian dance! So choose your t-shirt carefully and come sweat, ready to perfect your kicks, your jive chassés and your samba hip swing.
